Woodstock Clair de Lune Wind Chime™ by Woodstock Chimes
This wind chime plays the opening phrase of Clair de Lune, a unique melody consisting of seven two-note chords. To achieve this, two different-sized clappers simultaneously strike the upper and lower tubes, creating “double stops.” Clair de Lune, meaning “Light of the Moon” or “Moonlight,” is the third movement of Claude Debussy’s famous piano suite, Suite Bergamasque. Written in 1890 when Debussy was just 28, this piece was featured in the Bellagio Fountain scene in Ocean’s Eleven. This wind chime is one of a kind, and it is the only one designed to produce chords in this manner.
